For our series of Thursday afternoon online workshops with Streetbeat Youth Project for the Executive Office’s Central good relations fund, we delved into music production with Ableton and looked at how to arrange up electronic tracks using a diverse range of musical loops.

We then moved on to the Canva graphic design app, which the group used to create collages representing some of their favourite hobbies and interests. The group also started to experiment with logo design, making bespoke graphics for the Streetbeat project.

To conclude the sessions, we brought together music making and graphic design, designing album covers to go with our own dance anthems made in the launchpad app.
